Arakish's Lair: Home to the nighmarish spider queen Arakish, this cavern complex is filled with arachnids of all sizes. The threat of Arakish has been increasing lately as the woods around it are getting infested with her offsprings and driving off other dangerous creatures away, threathening Rivermistburg's surrounding.  Black Feathers Camp: The Black Feathers is an organization of hunters and smugglers specialized in capturing or killing rare or strange beasts roaming the lands. They make their profit by killing dangerous creatures that have a bounty, capturing bizzare monsters for zoos and arenas or by selling off body parts for trophies or ingrdients for potion makers, alchemists or cultists. The Black Feathers will accept a contract from anyone who offers them enough money. The region's Black Feathers camp have been established recently to deal with Arakish's infestation.

Falcon Guard Fort: Falconguard has been overun by a necromancer and his minions that set up camp in the Whisperwind Tower a few years ago. The fort now stand in a state of half ruin and foul creatures and souless undead are roaming freely in the surroundings.

Whisperwind Tower: Once a watchtower of the Falconguard, the Whisperwind tower is now home to Kel-Zhod the Necromancer. He transformed the tower in a laboratory for his experiments with the dead. The catacombs of the Falconguard at the base of the mountain now dubbed Hall of Hatred provides Kel-Zhod with plenty of corpses.

Hall of Hatred: The catacombs once belonging to the knights and soldiers of the Falconguard was once richly decorated and a place of rest for the Falconguard but Kel-Zhod twisted the the corpses and soul of proud knights rest.

Rivermistburg: While not a very large settlement, Rivermistburg has for long been on the map for traders and merchants travelling to larger cities along the road. Rivermistburg is located on an island and has no bridge but possess a good ferry system allowing easy access for travellers and their wares. Recent threats to the surrounding region have made travellers more wary and harder to travel. The settlement has seen an increase of adventurers and sellsword hoping for good money in exchange of the service they can offer to reduce the threats.

Clan of the Ironfangs: A small clan of orcs that have been living in the region for generations. While very protective of their territory, they've never been a direct threat to Rivermistburg. The increase of adventurers present in the region might change that relative peace.
